Service Management Software & Work Order Software

CustomerPortal for SME

CustomerPortal for SME is a user friendly web-based application that provides your customer with access to their open service and install orders, invoices, equipment, issues and documents for all of their job sites. Your customers can easily login to submit a service ticket or issue to request service and write the issue in their own words.

Please contact sales (800-585-1696) or sales@high5software.com for more information.

Provide your customer with access to CustomerPortal so they can easily:

  • Instantly enter issues or orders to provide your customers the best service and response.
  • Give customers a self-service system so they can enter issues in their own words and terminology.
  • Allow customers to see everything going on at a single site or multiple related site locations.
  • Provide a log in to the parent company for customers who want to access information on all sites or just provide a login for a site manager to have access to only their site location.
  • View all activity at the sites including issues, orders, and invoices.
  • Run Daily and Monthly activity reports whenever they want.
  • Configure automatic emailing of Daily reports and Monthly reports for the job sites.
  • Access help desk articles so customers can find common problems and solutions.
  • Have CustomerPortal configured to show or hide sections from SME.

You control how much access your customer has by hiding the tabs you don’t want your customers to see. For example, if you don’t want your customers entering issues or install orders you can hide the tab.
