SME Excel Reports connect to your SME database and allow you to use Excel PivotTables for filtering, summing, and counting data for intermediate technical users. The standard reports included are described below.

Inventory Reports:

• Items Needing Reorder- Shows each item needing reorder and the cost of reordering.
• Item Link Status - Shows each items quantity for each link status (JIT, Ordered, Reserved).
• Items by Shelf and Bin Location - Listing of items in shelf and bins.
• Location of Items on Hand - Shows shelf and bin locations for each item on hand, grouped by item name.
• Cust Equip Location - Listing of customer equipment, including who owns the item and where it is located.

Orders Reports

• Labor Utilization - Technician labor hours grouped by month and billing status. Change to see all open or closed orders.
• Items Sold to Customers - List of items that each customer has purchased.
• Order Aging - Average open time for each order by month.
• Total Items Sold - Number of each item sold by month, including profit.
• Technician Hours - Schedule hours and billed hours for each week by technician.
• Open Orders - Number of current open orders for each sales person.

Customers Reports

• Customer Payments - Monthly history of customer payments.
• Equipment Details - Unsorted list of all items, showing when the customer purchased the item, serial numbers, and when the item’s warranty expires.
• Payment Due - Shows payment due dates for each unpaid customer order, including sales terms.

Receivables Reports

• Technician Revenue - Shows billed hours and profit for each month by technician.
• Profit Details - Show labor, material, service, freight, sales tax, and other profit details for each month.
• Salesperson Revenue - Invoice and profit amount for each month, grouped by salesperson.

Sales Reports

• Converted Proposals - Number of invoices generated per month by each sales person, including total revenue.
• Open Sales and Proposals - Number of open sales and proposals grouped by month, salesperson, and sales stage.
• Open Sales Leads - Number of open sales leads grouped by month and salesperson.
