Custom Email Bodies
Let’s you set up an email template bodies and will auto fill when email out of SME.
Template Setup:
Located under Utilities > Custom > Custom Email Bodies
1. Pick the module
2. Name the template
3. Check Where you wish to use it
4. Add your text
5. Pick the table you wish to pull fields from for the email body
6. Click on a field name and drag the field to the email body
7. Post the changes (You can modify at any time).
To Use:
1.Go to the module
2.Pick your template on top right near Print/Email
3.The template is used in the body.
4.The email looks like this:
