FTP Error Reports[edit]
When getting errors on custom report entries you can FTP the Error reports to us.
- 1. Click Help on top SME toolbar
- 2. Click Tech Support Utilities
- 3. Enter Update Code
- 4. Enter 988 in next window to zip the reports and FTP them to High5 for review.
