&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;This example will show how to add custom fields to a copy of the Standard Order Ticket - Order Item report.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;h3&amp;gt;Step 1: First you will need to duplicate your report&amp;lt;/h3&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Go to &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Reports&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; module &amp;gt; &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Customize&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;reports&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;2. Search the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;standard reports for the Standard Order Ticket - Order Item&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; report ( or another standard order item report that you want to use as a template)&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;3. Click &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Duplicate Report&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;. &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;4. Enter a new short name for the report. &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;5. Click &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Save&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;6. Click &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Open Report Designer&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; &lt;br /&gt;

&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;2. In the SQL Statement box on the left, right click and choose select all (or just highlight all) and delete&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;3. Open the text file with the query that was sent you by support and copy the contents&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;4. Past the contents into the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;SQL Statement box&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;5. Click &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Save&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; at the top of the report.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;lt;h3&amp;gt;Step 3: Put the custom fields on the report using the Report Designer&amp;lt;/h3&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Click &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Open Report Designer&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;2. Pull the header section down so you have room to put the new fields (image below)&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;3. Locate the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Data Tree&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; in the upper right corner of report designer and select &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;report query&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;. Below that you will see a lot of field names. Toward the bottom of the list you will see your custom fields. In this example it is Year, Make, Model, etc. (image below)&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;5. After you moved and placed all the fields, you can always use the tools at the top of report designer to change the font size or font type.&lt;br /&gt;
