The advantage of this multi-tenant architecture is that each customer is provided a full access to their applications without the overhead of the other servers providing connection, protection, and database capabilities. Servers and data are replicated to a separate server in a separate state, internet provider, and physical server for complete redundancy and fail-over. Block-level replication provided by Microsoft Server 2012 insures that near real-time replication is available on the redundant server. Servers are backed up at the virtual machine level for complete recovery. Backups are retained for a minimum of 60 days or more upon request (see below).
