In a Customer record, you can enter prepaid services under the Customer History tab. When entering prepaid services, you’ll enter the quantity and rate. (image below)

 You can review prepaid services available on the Prepaid Services tab once they are entered by either viewing the quantity on the line or in the lower left corner (circled in the image below)

 When you create a work order for that customer and add service items to the order, you will see the amount of prepaid services available (circled in image below). Enter the quantity you want to deduct from their balance in the Prepaid Items field

 In the Customer record under prepaid services, you can view the balance again in the lower left corner or select '''Used''' and view all the orders the prepaid services were used on an the prepaid count used on each order.
