&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;If you click &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;ok&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; SQL will continue to attempt to connect to the SQL instance running the High5 database.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Followed by:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;-          Clicking &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;ok&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; will bring up the SME 5 connection dialogue. Click &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Cancel&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; as the issue is with the SQL Server Service and not SME.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;-          Use these steps to restart the service:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;-          Log on to the server or computer hosting the database:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;-          Go to Windows Start&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;-          The SQL Config Manager should be pinned to your start menu&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;-          If it is not pinned click&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; All Programs&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; and scroll down to the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;MS SQL 2008 R2&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;gt; &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Configuration Tools&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
