WebConnect for subcontractors allows subs to see work orders assigned to them for editing and updating.

Features:

  • View Service: To view service orders assigned to the subcontractor through the service item. The following are the fields that are editable:
    • Dispatch Date/Time: set the actual date and time the subcontractor did the work in format year-month-day hour:minute formatl
    • Qty: Set the actual qty of service that service item. Note that depending on the item this could be in hours or other unitsl and can be fractional amounts.
    • Description: provide detailed description and notes of the service items.
    • Signature: Get a customer signature using a mouse, trackpad or special signature capture device. You can also restore or clear the signature.
    • When complete select submit to save the changes.
    • Select Print ticket to print the work order for the customer.

  • View Install: To view install orders assigned to the subcontractor through the service items
  • View Invoice: To view itemized invoices assigned to the subcontractor

Preferences

  • Edit Account: Technican can update their contact information
  • Change Password: Technician can change their password by entering their current password and then new password twice.
  • Forgot Password: Select if you forgot your password. This will send an email to the service company to reset your password.
  • Logout: Log out when you have completed your tasks or entered any issues.
