FTP Error Reports
When getting errors on custom report entries you can FTP the Error reports to us. 1. Click Help on top SME toolbar 2. Click Tech Support Utilities 3. Enter Update Code 4. Enter 988 in next window to zip the reports and FTP them to High5 for review.
