The Lookup Menu is a fast way to open search windows in SME.
Click Lookup in the menu bar at the top of SME. You will see the following options. Notice the shortcut keys for each option.
To quickly open a list of open service orders, click F6 on your keyboard
To quickly open a list of active customers, click F2 on your keyboard
