The Next and Prior buttons at the top of modules is a way for you to click through records in the module.
Note the status selected at the bottom of the module. This will determine if you are clicking through open orders, closed orders or invoiced orders in the Service or Install module. (image below)
You can also set what the records are sorting on when clicking prior and next. For example, if you want them to sort by order number or customer name.
- click Navigate > Order By
- In the window that opens, move to the right the field you want to sort on when using the next and prior buttons. In this example below it is sorting on Order Number.
